Each Session will begin with a short Presentation of the Theme. There will be some space for Heart Sharing, and then we will enter the Dance floor for some preparatory Practices with Breathing, Pulsing, Shaking, Opening and Energising ourselves ready for the Dance Journey.

I will then be guyding us into the Dance inviting you into exercises which support deepening into the Themes. There will also be much space for open exploratory Dance, connection with others, integration and harmonisation. We will close with a Heart Sharing Circle to honour the Wisdom we have discovered through the Dance

In Relating, we can either be moved by our Present Awareness, or by our Unconscious Patterning, or a mix of both. Through a process of Awakening, we begin to see what was hidden in shadow and start to engage with the power of what was unconscious and make it Conscious. Relating can be transformed from co-dependence and need into Interdependence, Celebration and and Co-Creation.

Conscious Relating is about dancing from the Heart of our own Essence and expressing Presence and our Giftedness in ways which nourish and amplify the evolution of both.

Dance is a beautiful medium through which we can explore our own Relationship with Self, with Others, with The Tribe, Nature and Great Mystery. I look forwards to sharing this exploration with you.

Conscious Creating invites us to take responsibility for our lives, to be accountable for what we express, present and create in the World. Often we are driven to create to fulfill other people’s expectations, to be liked, to fit in, to please others, which leaves us feeling empty, annoyed and dissatisfied.

To know what we want, we must know who we are. Through our Conscious Awakening Dance, we will deepen into our connection with ourselves and explore our Qualities, Talents and Visions and bring all that we are into alignment for the purpose of deliberate Conscious Creation.

As we dance, so we live. During this Session we will discover ur Power, Potency and Purpose and Dance all this with Pleasure, which then naturally spills out from the dance floor and impacts every area of our lives. I’m delighted to be sharing this with you,
